  • PPE Guidelines

Effective Friday, April 21, 2023, those who are fully vaccinated will no longer be required to wear masks or practice social distancing.

Masking guidelines are subject to change based on community transmission level and outbreak status. In the event that masks must be temporarily reinstated, signs will be posted.

  • Testing Guidelines

Routine facility-wide testing for unvaccinated staff is no longer mandated.

We will continue to test staff and residents who are ill or symptomatic. If you are not feeling well, please discuss with your supervisor prior to your shift. They may request that you be tested.

  • Indoor Visitation

Indoor visitation is allowed for all communities at Country Manor.

Visitors are no longer required to complete a health screening upon entrance. We will continue to provide screening supplies for those who prefer to screen and/or those questioning symptoms.

We are trusting visitors to self-monitor. Visitors are still not permitted to enter if they are experiencing any ill-like symptoms.

Visitors do not need to go straight to and from residents’ apartments. They are free to meet/gather with loved ones throughout campus and utilize amenities with no restrictions.

Visitors will need to follow current mask guidelines.

  • Exposure Guidelines

Contact tracing is performed on all positive persons within our communities. This includes staff. It is extremely important that you inform your supervisor right away if you test positive or are aware of any direct exposure you may have had.

If you are identified as someone who has been in contact with a positive person, you will be notified to ensure you are tested.

You do not need to contact your supervisor to get this information.

If you test positive through Country Manor's testing, you will be notified immediately.

If you test positive through a community test, please contact your supervisor immediately.

You will be asked to self-quaratine at home.

We will work directly with MDH to guide our next steps in monitoring and testing, as well as infection control to prevent the spread of the virus.

You will be allowed to return to work once you have been fever-free without the use of medication for 72 hours, have improved respiratory symptoms, and at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Flu Shots

All Country Manor employees are highly encouraged to get the seasonal flu vaccine. A prior infection with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 or flu does not protect you from future flu infections.
